Refunds & Returns Policy

Membership contributions are charitable donations and, as such, are at the discretion of the donor. If desired, a refund will be provided within 30 days of the donation upon return of all membership benefits (membership cards, guest passes, etc.).

If a donor desires a refund of a non-membership donation for which no benefits were received, a refund will also be provided within 30 days of the donation.

Tickets to Gala in the Gardens may be refunded until one week prior to the event.
